1. Scope

A visual, non-invasive inspection of the readily accessible systems and components of the property on the day of the inspection, following the Standards of Practice of the inspector's professional association. Areas that are concealed, inaccessible, or unsafe to enter are excluded.

2. Not included

Environmental testing (mould, asbestos, radon, lead), pest inspection, code compliance, engineering opinions, septic and well testing, and the cost of any repairs, unless added in writing.

3. The report

The written report is for the client named here. With the client's permission a copy may go to their real estate agent. It is an opinion of the property's condition on the inspection date, not a warranty or guarantee.

4. Fee

The inspection fee is payable on or before the day of the inspection.

5. Liability
